Ample Space was invited by Headway Ireland to collaborate with The Slow Camera Exchange on a 20 week long creative and analogue spatial exploration of how we inhabit and shape urban space from the contexts of people living with acquired brain injury.

The creative process culminated in the production of an eight part zine, a printed magazine publication and an analogue photo and audio exhibition included the launch of an eight part zine. Workshop collaborators discovered how their lived experience could be expressed through creative means, resulting in a creative advocacy project using photography and architectural analysis to highlight urban challenges for people with disabilities, in this instance a predominantly invisible disability.
