Located in quite village in Co. Limerick, this project aims to restore a derelict village house back to a thriving home. Centred around a statement staircase, the playful design negotiates ground differing ground levels, connection while maintaining separation, and bringing a rubble stone house into the 21st century.

The project also aims to integrate the clients creative arts practice into the design, through the restoration of a stone shed, creating a studio space that welcomes the public into the space while maintaining privacy in their individual creative spaces.
